Job summary

RFK Community Alliance in Clinton, MA is seeking a Direct Support Professional for our Adult Vocational Program to work full-time in a day-service setting. The role focuses on designing and implementing vocational and educational activities, supporting participants in on-site and community settings, and helping with progress tracking.

• High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree in Human Service related area preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Vocational Assignments: Facilitate and oversee vocational work assignments tailored to the skills and interests of program participants.
• Client Support: Provide direct support to individuals during program activities and when participating in community-based experiences.
• Data Collection: Accurately record data related to client progress, program participation, and outcomes.
• Treatment Plans & Goals: Collaborate with the program team to develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and goals, ensuring that they align with the needs and aspirations of each participant.
• Community Integration: Assist individuals in participating in community activities and work experiences that promote vocational skills and social inclusion.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members, case managers, and external partners to ensure a holistic approach to client care and support.
