Job summary

The Arc Baltimore is seeking a Day Services Support Specialist II, responsible for facilitating community-based activities for individuals with developmental disabilities. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 20 years of age.
• Valid Maryland driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to lead fulfilling lives with dignity and respect.
• Assist in achieving goals based on Person-Centered Plans.
• Complete daily documentation related to activities and progress.
• Provide personal care assistance as needed.
• Drive agency or personal vehicle to transport individuals.

Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Outstanding organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work effectively within a team environment

Computer skills required

Knowledge of iCM platform
