Qualifications

• Demonstrated supervisory experience leading teams in a service environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and staff.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred to support diverse client bases.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise field cleaning crews across assigned sites.
• Visit customer sites to ensure service quality and address concerns.
• Maintain strong relationships with current clients and manage expectations.
• Communicate clearly with clients and employees about tasks and timelines.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; manage usage.
• Track hours and payroll using company software; assist with admin tasks.
