Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Day Service Manager to oversee day porter and janitorial operations. The role starts at 7am, Monday through Friday, with some weekend hours as needed, and is a salaried position.

You will schedule and supervise cleaning crews, conduct hands-on training, and ensure daily site support across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, track hours and pay, and collaborate with branch managers to complete tasks and projects while upholding safety

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Day Service Manager to oversee the day porter / janitorial operations in the Inland Empire region. This shift start time is 7am (Monday through Friday with some weekend hours as needed) and is a salaried position. This Day Service Manager will be responsible for:

• Manage / order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies
• Tracking employee hours and pay using company software and provided technology
• Working closely with branch managers to ensure cleaning tasks and special projects are completed daily
• Observing and following facility and company security and safety rules
