Job summary

Main Street Auto in Crestview, FL, is seeking a General Tire and Lube Technician to join our fast-paced shop. You will perform tire services, oil changes, and inspections while delivering quality customer care.

The role requires a High school diploma or equivalent and prior tire/lube experience; we offer a competitive weekly pay between $750 and $1100, plus comprehensive benefits. Work Mon-Fri 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Experience as tire and lube technician or similar role preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire rotations, installations, and repairs with precision.

• $750-$1100 weekly

Responsibilities:

• - Perform tire rotations, installations, and repairs with precision and efficiency
• - Conduct oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks to ensure optimal vehicle performance
• - Perform basic vehicle inspections and identify any potential issues or safety concerns
• - Conduct wheel alignments and balance tires to promote even tread wear and vehicle stability
• - Maintain accurate records of all services performed, including parts used and time spent on each task
• - Assist customers with tire recommendations, answering inquiries, and providing outstanding customer service
• - Adhere to company safety protocols and guidelines while working in a shop environment

Requirements:

• - must be over the age of 18
• - High school diploma or equivalent
• - Previous experience as a tire and lube technician or similar role preferred
• - Proficient knowledge of tire installation, repair techniques, and oil change procedures
• - Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• - Ability to operate shop equipment and tools safely
• - Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• - Strong customer service and communication skills
• - Ability to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision
