You will perform tire rotations, oil changes, wheel alignments, and inspections, while maintaining accurate service records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience as tire and lube technician or similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of tire installation, repair and oil change procedures.
• Ability to operate shop equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire rotations, installations, and repairs with precision and efficiency.
• Conduct oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and identify potential issues or safety concerns.
• Conduct wheel alignments and balance tires to promote even tread wear and vehicle stability.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, including parts used and time spent on each task.
• Assist customers with tire recommendations, inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service.
• Adhere to company safety protocols and guidelines while working in a shop environment.
