Main Street Auto in Crestview, KY is seeking a General Tire and Lube Technician to join our team. You will perform tire work, oil changes and basic inspections while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced shop.

We offer industry-leading pay, comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career growth. The role runs 8 AM–6 PM Monday–Friday with a weekly pay range of $750–$1100.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous tire and lube technician experience preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of tire installation, repair techniques and oil change procedures.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to operate shop equipment and tools safely.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire rotations, installations and repairs with precision and efficiency.
• Conduct oil changes, filter replacements and fluid checks.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and identify potential issues or safety concerns.
• Conduct wheel alignments and balance tires for even tread wear and vehicle stability.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used and time spent on each task.
• Assist customers with tire recommendations, inquiries and provide outstanding service.
• Adhere to company safety protocols and guidelines in the shop environment.
