Job summary

The ARC of Southwest Georgia in Albany, GA seeks an experienced Adult Day Programs Manager to supervise the Day Center’s CAG and CAI programs, ensuring quality services and compliance with regulations. You will lead staff, manage budgets, coordinate transportation, and participate in ISP and CARF activities, always promoting participants’ rights and meaningful community involvement.

This full-time exempt role partners with the Director of Adult Day and the Executive Director to deliver

Qualifications

High school diploma with 3+ years in Human Services.
Knowledge of DBHDD, DCH, billing and Medicaid waiver programs.
Experience with individuals with IDD, DD and mental health-related behaviors.
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize duties.

Responsibilities

Directly supervise all Day Center staff in the CAG and CAI programs.
Hire, train, supervise and evaluate Day Programs staff.
Oversee documentation and records for the Day Programs to meet standards.
Oversee budget expenditures for the day program including staffing and supplies.
Attend ISP meetings for day center individuals or assign a designee.
Create monthly activity schedules and arrange transportation as needed.
Train staff on ISP goals and ensure policies are followed.
Monitor and report program performance to the Director and Executive Director.
