One of the major ways we support the well-being of individuals with brain injury is by delivering quality programming that encourages their social, emotional, physical, cognitive, and pre-vocational development. That's where you'll come in! You'll lead a group of 8 to 10 adults in all kinds of engaging activities, adapting the programs as needed to fit the individual abilities of the group members. Getting fun and creative, you'll think of awesome activities and encourage the members to get involved as much as they can. You'll also take the members out of the facility on various outings, safely transporting them in our passenger bus. While every day will look different, your commitment to helping others grow and meet their personal goals will stay the same!
