Job summary

Therapeutic Alternatives, Inc. is seeking a dedicated professional to assist adults with I/DD disabilities in a day program. This role involves implementing individual Person Centered Plans, supervising staff, and maintaining educational materials for activities.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, be at least 25 years old, and possess two years of hands-on experience with adults with developmental disabilities. Supervisory experience is also required, along with good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years old.
• No substantiated findings on the NC Personnel Registry/Health Care Program.
• SBI and DMV records must meet mental health contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with adults with I/DD disability in a day program setting.
• Purchase and maintain supply of educational materials.
• Provide supervision for employees and staff.
• Report on progress/problems in the Day Program.
• Attend to any consumer health issues.
