Qualifikationen

• Lead structured daytime activities, promoting independence and community inclusion.
• Support individuals in building social and daily living skills.
• Implement individual service plans and monitor progress toward goals.
• Ensure health, safety, and dignity during program hours and transportation.
• Provide personal care and assist with medications as needed (training provided).
• Promote inclusion and positive community engagement.
• Document daily logs and incident reports accurately.
