Job summary

Bridgewell in Peabody, MA, seeks a Day Program Supervisor to oversee daily operations of Day Habilitation and Employment programs for individuals with disabilities. The role includes supervision of staff, coordinating activities to meet objectives, and ensuring trainings, case management, and documentation meet regulatory standards.

The position runs Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:00pm, with responsibilities across supervision, program coordination, and collaboration with clinical and service teams to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or Associate's degree with direct care experience
• High school diploma with 3–5 years' direct care experience; leadership preferred
• Experience in supervising or leading a program is highly preferred
• Understanding clinical needs of the people served is required

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct care staff and conduct regular supervision meetings
• Provide interim coverage for Day Program Manager absences
• Lead team by fostering a cohesive environment
• Oversee ISP and/or DHSP development and implementation
• Ensure timely and regulatory compliant documentation
• Manage data collection and staff evaluations
• Coordinate with Clinical Team on referrals and services
• Assist with budget maintenance and program operations
• Maintain regulatory site standards and staff certifications
• Support trainings and staff development
