Job summary

ViaQuest Day & Employment Services is seeking an Administrator to oversee the day program and employment services for individuals with developmental disabilities. This role requires management responsibilities and a starting salary of $60,000 per year, with travel between Dayton and Centerville.

The Administrator will supervise staff, manage budgets, ensure policy compliance, and prepare monthly benchmark reports, while collaborating with other administrators to maintain regional consistency

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in social or human services, or eight years in the field may substitute.
• Minimum four years of experience in human services.
• Management or supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall system of supports and services provided to the individuals.
• Oversee employee and fiscal management over assigned area.
• Ensure the implementation of all company and programmatic policies and procedures.
• Complete and submitting monthly benchmark reports.
• Identifying developmental opportunities.
• Work effectively with other administrators to promote consistency in all regions.

Education

Four-year degree in social or human services, eight years of experience may substitute

Minimum four years of experience in human services
