Chrysalis is seeking a Direct Support Professional in the day program to work with individuals in workplace and community settings, ensuring safety, respect, mentoring and fun. You are paid to engage in activities and to be a teacher, mentor and friend.

The role emphasizes creating opportunities to improve quality of life, with a focus on communication, documentation accuracy, and crisis handling. Shifts run 7am–2:30pm or 1pm–9pm, with full-time benefits available.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 7am–2:30pm or 1pm–9pm.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• 18+ years old with high school diploma or GED.
• Able to communicate well verbally and in writing.
• Able to complete program documentation accurately and on time.
• Good judgment and ability to handle crisis situations.
• Positive attitude.
