Job summary

Chrysalis Team is seeking a Direct Support Professional for the day program to work with individuals in a workplace/training setting, ensuring they are safe, respected, mentored and having fun. This role offers opportunities for meaningful daily impact and personal connection as a teacher, mentor and friend.

Starting at $14.00 per hour, you’ll be part of a team that supports growth and quality of life while participating in activities and community programs that enhance daily living.

Qualifications

• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Be able to drive a company vehicle; must be at least 21 years old and eligible to drive.
• Capable of communicating well in both verbal and written form.
• Able to complete all program documentation accurately and on time.
• Have good judgment and able to handle crisis situations.
• Have a positive attitude.
• Must have experience as a direct support professional.
