Job summary

HIT, Inc. is seeking a full-time Assistant Day Supports Manager to join our Day Program team in Mandan, North Dakota.

You will work closely with the Day Supports Manager to ensure smooth operations, supervise Direct Support Professionals, and deliver staff training to maintain high-quality services for individuals receiving support. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and typically two years of DD-related experience; DD certification is optional.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferably two years of DD-related experience and/or training.
• DD certification is optional.
• Proficient observation skills and ability to communicate observations accurately, verbally and in writing.
• Basic computer operation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on supervision to Direct Support Professionals.
• Deliver staff training and guidance.
• Actively monitor Day Supports programs to ensure quality services.
• Collaborate with the Day Supports Manager to ensure smooth operations.
