Expect a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 to 3:30 with weekends off, and eligibility for a comprehensive benefit package. The ideal candidate holds a High School Diploma/GED, CPI, and CPR/First Aid certifications, with preferred human services experience and related certificates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• CPI certification required and maintained.
• First aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire date.
• Current driver’s license with ability to travel using personal vehicle.
• Preferred: 1 year experience in human services; ACRE certification; CESP; Associates or Bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Supervisor/Coordinator/Instructor/Program Specialist in program activities.
• Observe and report client performance in various situations.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Work Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM with weekends off.

Position Summary:

An entry level position responsible for assisting the Senior Supervisor/Coordinator/Instructor/Program Specialist in carrying out program activities, observing and reporting performance of clients in a variety of situations, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

This full-time position works Monday through Friday 7:30 to 3:30 with weekends off!

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

High School Diploma/GED.

Obtain and maintain certification in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI).

First aid and CPR certification or the ability to obtain and maintain within six (6) months of hire date.

Current driver’s license with the ability to travel for business utilizing personal vehicle.

Preferred:

One-year experience working with individuals in human services field.

Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators Certificate (ACRE).

Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP).

Associates Degree and six months to one-year experience.

Bachelor’s Degree.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
