Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America (DFA) Bruce has an immediate opening for a Day Production Operator in Wisconsin. The role runs on a 2-2-3 schedule from 4:30am to 4:30pm. Training is provided; no prior experience required.

Responsibilities include measuring, batching, mixing, and packaging ingredients, while keeping the warehouse and production floor organized and safe in accordance with GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Able to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Must be dependable and reliable.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to work weekends or holidays, if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Work in different areas of the plant handling ingredients and finished products by measuring, batching, mixing, bagging, organizing, and stacking.
• Keep warehouse and production floor organized.
• Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues.
• Dedicate effort to safety as we expect every employee to leave work in the same condition as they arrive.
• Follow all DFA GMP policies and procedures and report any nonconformity.
