Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America (DFA) Bruce is seeking a Day Production Operator on a 2-2-3 schedule (4:30am-4:30pm). No experience required; training provided. You’ll work across plant areas, measuring, batching, and packaging ingredients and finished products while keeping spaces organized and safe.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Must be dependable and reliable.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to work weekends or holidays, if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Measure, batch, mix, bag, and stack ingredients and finished products.
• Keep warehouse and production floor organized.
• Maintain safe working conditions and comply with regulations.
• Follow GMP, safety, HACCP, and SQF policies.
• Attend required training and adapt to duties as assigned.
