Job summary

Seabreeze Management Company in California is seeking a Day Porter to uphold the property's image, keeping common areas neat, clean, and in good repair. You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and perform custodial duties, trash management, small repairs, and landscape tasks as part of a team dedicated to service and integrity.

Availability Thursday through Monday 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, with occasional overtime and rotating on-call.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent helpful.
• Minimum of one year related job experience.
• The position requires proficiency with US English and good communication, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Custodial/janitorial duties in common areas and on property.
• Manage trash and recycling, assist with special collections as needed.
• Perform small repairs and landscape tasks as part of routine maintenance.
