Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent helpful.
• Minimum of one year related job experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to perform custodial/janitorial duties and basic repairs.
• Comfort with landscape tasks and general labor.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial/janitorial duties in common areas and buildings.
• Remove and manage trash; segregate recyclables.
• Assist with minor repairs and painting as needed.
• Support landscape tasks such as planting and pruning.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness to uphold property appearance.
