You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and perform custodial duties, trash management, and light repairs to support a safe, welcoming environment. Essential responsibilities include cleaning carpets, sweeping exterior surfaces, trash receptacles, and assisting with landscape tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is helpful.
• “Minimum of one year related job experience” is expected.
• Strong communication and writing skills are essential.
• Ability to perform custodial/janitorial duties and light carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial/janitorial duties in common areas, buildings, and surrounding property.
• Remove and manage trash, ensure recycling is separated for pickup.
• Perform maintenance and small repairs (painting, doors/windows, lighting).
