Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is helpful.
• Minimum of one year related job experience.
• Must be proficient in US English with strong communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial/janitorial duties in common areas and property.
• Remove and manage trash and recycling; support special collections.
• Perform small repairs and maintenance tasks as required.
• Assist with landscape projects including planting and pruning.
