CCS Facility Services is seeking a dedicated janitorial team member in the United States to perform essential building cleaning duties at client facilities. The role includes lobby maintenance, floor care, trash removal, restroom upkeep, and adherence to safety policies to ensure a clean and safe environment for occupants.

Daily tasks emphasize attention to detail, promptness, and collaboration with building engineers and management. Training and uniform provisions are included where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Spot clean lobby glass doors and polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe doors, walls, and tops twice daily.
• Inspect exterior and pick up trash around the building.
• Empty and clean exterior trash receptacles and check restrooms twice daily.
• Vacuum lobby and dust mop floors; polish elevator railings and call buttons.
• Report lights out or solicitors to Management; police lobby of debris during high traffic.
