Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Day Porter to maintain the common areas of office buildings and other facilities in clean, orderly condition. Responsibilities include lobby maintenance, vacuuming, restroom checks, and general cleaning tasks across multiple floors and common areas. Qualifications include a valid driver’s license and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a pay rate of $18 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Spot clean lobby glass doors and polish chrome on doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe surfaces twice daily.
• Inspect exterior and pick up trash; empty and clean exterior receptacles.
• Check restrooms twice daily; vacuum lobby daily; sweep stairwells and entrances.
