Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Spot clean lobby glass doors.
• Polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs; wipe doors, walls and tops.
• Inspect exterior; pick up trash.
• Empty and clean exterior trash receptacles.
• Check restrooms twice daily.
• Vacuum lobby daily.
• Sweep stairwells and landings as needed.
• Report lights out to the Management Office.
• Policing lobby to keep floors clean.
• Vacuum carpeted floors.
• Assist building Engineer daily.
