bluechip-pro is seeking a janitorial worker to perform a variety of cleaning tasks in assigned facilities, ensuring clean, sanitary, and orderly conditions. Responsibilities include high-dusting, sanitizing surfaces, bathroom cleaning, trash removal, floor care, and public area maintenance.

The role requires following instructions, operating janitorial equipment, and adhering to safety guidelines. Customer-friendly service and reliability are essential for daily operations and inspections.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic janitorial operations and materials.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Capacity to operate cleaning equipment and handle cleaning chemicals safely (MSDS awareness).

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning in assigned buildings to keep areas sanitary and orderly.
• Dust high surfaces and sanitize/spot-clean surfaces around rooms.
• Clean bathrooms including toilet areas and dispensers daily.
• Empty trash and replace liners in cans.
• Dust mop and vacuum floors, and clean public common areas.
• Polish floor areas as needed and clean food court surfaces.
• Ensure room inspection and report any issues to supervisor.
• Provide courteous customer relations and maintain a neat appearance.
