Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Day Porter to maintain common areas in office buildings and other facilities. The role includes cleaning lobbies, restrooms, vacuuming, reporting issues, and assisting the building engineer as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial or facilities upkeep.
• Ability to lift/move supplies as needed.
• Attention to safety and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Spot clean the lobby glass doors.
• Polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cabs doors, walls, and tops twice a day.
• Inspect the building exterior and pick up any trash.
• Empty and clean exterior trash receptacles.
• Check restrooms twice daily.
• Vacuum lobby daily.
• Polish elevator cab railings and doors and main lobby call buttons.
• Assist building Engineer daily as directed by Management.
