Job summary

Kings Service Solutions is seeking a reliable porter/janitor to maintain cleanliness across lobby, restrooms, break rooms, and conference spaces in multiple buildings. The role requires English or Spanish communication and a valid driver's license.

Shifts include Tue/Wed 10:00–5:30 and Sat/Sun 6:00–2:30, with duties ranging from trash removal and restocking to pressure washing and safety hazard alerting. You will work in various buildings as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English or Spanish.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Keep lobbies clean, to include glass at entry doors.
• Keep open seating areas clean.
• Keep restrooms clean.
• Restock supplies in restrooms as necessary along with kitchen/coffee stations & breakrooms.
• Maintain elevators, elevators landings and stairwells clean.
• Clean, re-stock cafeteria supplies, take out the trash and reset chairs and tables in the kitchen, cafeteria, and/or break rooms (particularly before and after busy times).
• Clean tables, take out the trash, reset chairs in the conference rooms before VIP visitors and after meetings, upon request.
• Perform pressure washing duties and leaf blowing, if applicable (male porter).
• Police and maintain external areas, if applicable.
• Respond to spills and other cleaning emergencies.
• Remove or warn of safety hazards, such as objects in the way of pedestrians or wet floors.
• Remove trash and debris from all entrances.
• Perform all of these duties, and/or additional agreed-upon duties as needed.
• Team member will perform duties in numerous buildings as assigned (if applicable).
