Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the property, equipment, and shared areas.

• Respond to desk/office lockouts and manage replacement keys.
• Follow regulations related to building operations and safety.
• Complete general labor tasks and small repairs as needed.
• Assist with office space relocation by delivering packing supplies.
• Support maintenance staff and vendors on special projects.
• Address client/coworker inquiries and complaints.
• Follow defined procedures and deliver outputs under supervision.
