Job summary

Premiere Building Maintenance Corporation seeks a Day Porter at the Metro Sheriff's Department location in Nashville, TN. You will perform janitorial tasks and assist cross-trained specialists across restroom, floor, glass, and general cleaning operations.

Starting pay is $17 per hour with a Wednesday–Sunday schedule (6:00 am–2:30 pm or 7:00 am–3:30 pm). Benefits include PTO, 401(k), and bonuses. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Description

A Day Porter is an employee assigned to perform the overall janitorial services operation at the facility and will be cross-trained as a restroom specialist, vacuum specialist, utility specialist, glass specialist, light duty specialist, pressure washing technician, and floor technician.

Starting Pay: $17 an hour

Wednesday-Sunday

Start time: 6:00 am- 2:30 pm or 7:00 am-3:30 pm

The essential functions of a Day Porter include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Follow safety policies and procedures without exception


• Dusting


• Dust mopping


• Damp mopping


• Emptying trash

• Cleaning glass and desktops


• Performing other similar and related duties as assigned
