Job summary

Pritchard Industries LLC is looking for a Day Porter to maintain facilities with dependable, proactive service. You will perform porter tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, trash removal, and basic cleaning to keep restrooms and break rooms clean and safe.

The ideal candidate is reliable, with transportation, able to follow directions, and ready to work a full-time schedule from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday; benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Janitor experience a plus but will train.
• Reliable Transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform porter services including vacuuming and mopping.
• Sweep floors and remove trash.
• Clean restrooms and break rooms.
• Maintain a healthy, safe, and sanitary environment.

We are seeking to hire a Day Porter. You will be responsible for porter services and may include vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal restroom and break room cleaning and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Janitor experience a plus but will train.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Full Time
• Pay rate: $14.50/hour
• Hours: 40hrs/week, 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday -Friday
