The candidate should be a U.S. citizen, with bilingual English–Spanish being highly preferred. Prior janitorial or custodial experience is favored, and the ability to work independently while following safety and security procedures is essential.

Day Porter (Building Services)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Day Porter to provide cleaning and general facility support at a professional facility in Clarksburg, Maryland. The Day Porter will help maintain a clean, safe, and presentable work environment throughout the day.

IMPORTANT SECURITY REQUIREMENT:

This position requires the individual to be a U.S. Citizen. The position supports the cleaning and maintenance of a facility operated by a Department of Defense (DOD) contractor and is subject to site-specific security requirements. Applicants who are not U.S. Citizens will not be considered for this position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and janitorial duties throughout the assigned facility.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, offices, restrooms, break rooms, and other designated areas.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners as needed.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces.
