Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Bilingual English–Spanish speaker, highly preferred.
• Previous janitorial, custodial, porter, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and janitorial duties throughout the facility.
• Maintain cleanliness of offices, restrooms, break rooms and common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling; replace liners as needed.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Monitor areas and address cleaning needs as they arise.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisor.
• Follow cleaning procedures, safety requirements, and site protocols.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Adhere to security procedures and facility access rules.
• Perform other cleaning and facility-support duties as assigned.
