Job summary

Sweeping Corporation of America in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a Day Parking Lot Porter for the 1st shift. You will drive a company pickup to service shopping centers, empty trash receptacles, and keep outdoor areas clean and welcoming for customers.

You must be 18+, have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. 1 year of driving experience is preferred, with pay of $15-$16 per hour and potential for a raise after six months.

Qualifications

• Education: None - Ability to Read
• Experience: 1 year driving experience preferred
• License: Driver’s License
• Age: Must be at least 18 years of age
• Compliance: MVR, background check, and drug screening per policy

Responsibilities

• Drive a company pickup truck to service shopping centers and parking lots.
• Empty trash receptacles and collect litter and debris.
• Maintain clean outdoor areas to enhance appearance and safety.
• Perform safety inspections and report issues within 30 minutes.
• Communicate professionally with team, supervisors, and clients.
• Complete required logs, manifests, and forms.
