Sweeping Corporation of America (SCA) is hiring a Day Parking Lot Porter in Fredericksburg, VA. You will drive a company pickup to service shopping centers and parking lots, collect litter, and help maintain clean, safe outdoor areas that welcome customers.

We seek reliable individuals with a valid driver's license, 18+ years of age, and the ability to pass MVR/background/drug checks. This full-time role offers $15–$16.50 per hour with a first pay increase at 6 months.

Qualifikationen

• Must read at a basic level and have a valid driver's license.
• Minimum 1 year driving experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass MVR, background, and drug screening.

Aufgaben

• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and ensure safety features are operational.
• Review routes and complete jobs within the allotted time with quality and accuracy.
• Operate equipment safely and in accordance with traffic laws and site protocols.
• Handle materials safely and follow disposal procedures.
• Report equipment issues, incidents, or safety concerns promptly to management.
• Maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Accurately complete logs, manifests, and forms.
• Adapt to changes and maintain dependable attendance.
• Be punctual and consistently report to work as scheduled.
