Sweeping Corporation of America is seeking a Day Parking Lot Porter to keep commercial properties clean, safe, and welcoming in Fredericksburg, VA. You’ll drive a company pickup, service assigned sites, and perform litter removal while maintaining a professional appearance.

Minimum requirements include a valid driver's license and at least 18 years old, with 1 year of driving experience preferred. The role is full-time with hourly pay of $15–$16.50 and a first pay increase at 6 months.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive a company pickup truck to service assigned shopping centers and parking lots.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.
• Operate equipment safely and follow traffic laws and site protocols.
• Handle materials safely; dispose of waste per procedures.
• Report equipment issues, incidents, or safety concerns within 30 minutes.
• Maintain professional communication with team and clients.
• Complete required logs and forms.
• Adapt to changes in routes and priorities.
• Show up on time and be prepared for shifts.
