Job summary

Chick-fil-A is hiring Back of House Team Members to prepare, assemble and serve high‑quality food in a fast‑paced environment. You will work with the restaurant team under an independent Owner/Operator to deliver signature Chick-fil-A service.

This full‑time position includes a supportive team, flexible scheduling, scholarship opportunities, and ongoing training to help you grow professionally in a positive, people‑focused workplace.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 25-50 lbs and be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all food prep.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on changes.
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
