Job summary

KLN Family Brands is seeking a Day Shift Material Handler in Perham, MN to ensure efficient warehouse operations. You will oversee order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, and inventory movements while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, operating a shuttle truck and forklift, conducting counts, and identifying process improvements. A positive, team-oriented attitude is essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Keep finished products organized and located properly in warehouses.
• Perform accurate and timely shipping, receiving, and movements of products.
• Rotate ingredients and packaging in their proper locations after receiving.
• Proper and accurate loading and unloading of trucks.
• Drive the shuttle truck to deliver and pickup product and supplies as necessary.
• Forklift, shuttle truck operation and being certified and licensed to drive such vehicles.
• Operate the shrink wrapper, box crusher, etc. as necessary.
• Perform physical and cycle counts of inventory as necessary.
• Backup or substitute inventory control positions when necessary.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and productivity gains.
• Place raw materials, packaging, and finished goods on hold and release as necessary.
• Report any safety issues, unsafe conditions and accidents immediately.

Hours: 6:40pm - 3:00pm (Monday - Friday)

Compensation:

• All in hourly compensation: $20.35/hr
  • Base Pay: $19.13/hr
  • Sign on Bonus: $1.22/hr
• Profit Sharing Eligibility: Begins after completing 1 year of employment ($7.7 Million in Profits Paid to Profit Sharing Pool in 2025)
