Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social or Human Services with two (2) years related successful work experience and one (1) year of supervisory experience.
• Must meet agency policy on transportation, background checks and provide ongoing proof of personal vehicle insurance.
• Medication Manager Certification or Certified Nurses Aide Certification preferred.
• Possess ability to work on a daily basis utilizing standard shop, home and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Day Habilitation services to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Analyze area monthly financials and propose modifications.
• Lead staff to manage programs in compliance with licensure and accreditation bodies.
• Interpret policies and procedures to area personnel.
• Provide supervision to all department personnel including coaching and performance evaluations.
• Complete surveys and program evaluation responsibilities.
• Represent Day Habilitation programs to stakeholders and the community.
• Develop CCSP and MCO Plan progress reporting and staffing documentation.
• Assist with curriculum development and staff meetings.
• Ensure documentation for persons served is complete and compliant.
