Job summary

Link Associates seeks a Day Habilitation supervisor to oversee Day Habilitation programs, ensuring compliance with accreditation and organizational standards. You will supervise staff, develop and implement CCSP & MCO plans, and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.

The role involves staff coaching, conducting meetings, and promoting service quality while ensuring documentation, life plans, and progress toward goals are accurately recorded.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social or Human Services with two years related successful work experience and one year of supervisory experience.
• Must meet agency policy on transportation, background checks and provide on-going proof of personal vehicle insurance.
• Medication Manager Certification or Certified Nurses Aide Certification preferred.
• Possess ability to work on a daily basis utilizing standard shop, home and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Day Habilitation programs to ensure compliance with accreditation, auditing, and organizational standards.
• Provide active supervision and instruction of staff in the development and implementation of the CCSP & MCO Plan.
• Lead area staff to manage and administer programs and services consistent with licensure and accreditation bodies.
• Interpret policies and procedures to area personnel.
• Provide supervision to all department personnel including coaching, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Represent Day Habilitation programs and Link Associates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct routine staff meetings and reviews of Life Plans of persons served.
• Assist in the development and oversight of curriculums and CCSP for persons served.
