Cadient, LLC is seeking a Day Hab Direct Support Professional (DSP) for Drewville on-call assignments. The DSP provides support and skills training to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in residential settings and in the community.

Responsibilities include facilitating daytime Day Services, helping with learning and skills development, and accompanying participants on trips to libraries, museums, and local parks.

Qualifikationen

• A high school diploma or GED is desired, with post-high-school Human Services education a definite plus.
• NYS driver's license and basic computer knowledge are required.
• Paid new-hire orientation is provided.
• Training will include Van Certification, SCIP, First Aid/CPR, and Medication Administration.

• Provide support and skills training to people with developmental and intellectual disabilities in residential and community settings.
• Deliver Day Services during daytime hours and accompany participants on library, museum visits, and park outings.
• Assist with daily activities and support community participation.
