Whole Person Care Clinic is seeking a Day Hab Activities Coordinator to plan and facilitate structured daily programming for clients in recuperative care. The Day Hab Activities Coordinator is a non-clinical, programmatic support role responsible for planning, coordinating, and facilitating structured therapeutic, educational, and recreational activities for clients in a recuperative care setting. This role supports client stabilization, recovery, socialization, and readiness for discharge through person-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive programming.
The Day Hab Activities Coordinator supports CalAIM-covered services in a non-clinical capacity and works as part of an interdisciplinary team, escalating medical, behavioral health, safety, or scope-related concerns to licensed or supervisory staff as required.
