CareLink Community Support Services is seeking an Activities Coordinator to develop and implement creative activities for residents. The role requires aligning activities with comprehensive assessments to support physical, cognitive, and emotional well‑being and to promote self-expression and choice.
A compassionate, energetic professional with experience in behavioral health is preferred. The coordinator will lead group and individual activities, plan events, and coordinate with nursing staff

$18.25 hourly
1st Shift , Monday through Friday , 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
The Activities Coordinator will develop and implement creative activities for Carelink’s residents, in accordance with each resident’s comprehensive assessment, as well as the interests and physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident. The activities program should provide stimulation or solace; promote physical, cognitive and/or emotional health and enhance, to the extent practical, each resident’s physical and mental status, and promote each resident’s self-respect by providing activities that support self-expression and choice. The Activities Coordinator must be devoted and compassionate about their chosen career and have a highly enthusiastic personality, as well as have experience supporting individuals living with behavioral and mental health diagnosis.
High School Diploma or GED
Must have at least 1 year experience in conducting therapeutic group activities
Valid Driver’s License
