Job summary

Camelback Resort in Tannersville, PA seeks a Day Group Concierge to handle incoming day-group leads for our waterparks, ski mountain, snowtubing hill and mountain adventures year-round. You will contract and close day-group opportunities to positively impact hotel revenues.

You will learn hotel operations, respond to leads within 24 hours, and use our sales system to manage bookings and accounts. The role emphasizes client site inspections and proactive networking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service/guest service preferred.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Effective communication in verbal and written form.
• Desire to serve others and deliver a quality guest experience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment across multiple systems.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Follow and enforce hotel standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming leads for day groups visiting Camelback Resort.
• Contract/close day group opportunities to affect hotel revenues.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel operations (F&B, Guest Services, Reservations).
• Respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Meet or exceed group sales goals.
• Assist in required reports in a timely manner.
• Conduct site inspections with clients to show property features.
• Use sales system to manage business, enter bookings, and build accounts.
• Networking with local groups and associations.
• Review leader evaluations with Sales Director to ensure guest satisfaction.
