Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service experience
• 1 year of similar work experience

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain buildings/facilities
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and equipment to prevent damage
• Notify management about repairs or system issues
• Establish effective communication with clients and team members
• Comply with safety, security, and quality standards
• Clean furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machinery, and equipment
• Move furniture and equipment as needed
• Clean glass, windows, and mirrors
• Wash and replace blinds
• Empty trash bins
• Perform seasonal outdoor tasks like snow removal or mowing
• Clean and service restrooms
