Job summary

Elite Care in Milwaukie, OR is seeking a CNA to provide daily resident care, including hygiene assistance, emotional support, and health monitoring. You will document observations and collaborate with a care team to meet resident needs. Shifts run 6am-6pm, with a half-shift on Wednesdays; day shift only.

Qualifications

Job Description

As a CNA with us, you will provide daily care to our residents by supporting their daily activities of living. This includes hygiene assistance and providing emotional support and encouragement, monitoring and reporting changes in health and behavior, and supporting the overall needs of our residents. You will be genuinely interested in supporting our residents and their team members. Experience working with seniors is a plus; however, it is not required. Other requirements include valuing and respecting our residents and having consistent attendance and a reliable method of transportation; the ability to correspond and document properly for resident charting purposes; and excellent communication skills.

Shift: Sunday-Wednesday, Wednesday-Saturday, 6am-6pm. Wednesday is a half-shift. Only Day shift available

Compensation Range: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour (based on experience level)

  • Bathing/Bathroom Assistance
  • Morning/Evening Preparations
  • Morning/Evening Dress and attire
  • Provide emotional support and encouragement to perform necessary tasks
  • Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior, and overall needs of clients
  • Maintain a clean, safe and orderly environment for both residents and colleagues
