Job summary

HPC-Industrial powered by Clean Harbors seeks a Training Coordinator to manage day-to-day training operations across multiple locations in North America. You will coordinate onboarding, track documentation, and liaise with instructors, HR, and safety teams to ensure compliant and effective training programs.

You will deliver Day 1 onboarding, maintain training records, and support LMS platforms, scheduling, and external providers; strong organizational and communication skills required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in training coordination, onboarding, workforce administration, scheduling, or a related role.
• Experience delivering classroom-based orientation or onboarding programs.
• Experience managing training records, compliance documentation, and learning management systems.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and deliver standardized Day 1 onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
• Present company culture, safety expectations, operational standards, policies, and workforce requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees throughout the onboarding process.
• Create a welcoming and engaging learning environment that supports employee integration and retention.
• Coordinate onboarding documentation and ensure all required forms are completed accurately.
• Identify and elevate employee readiness, attendance, or engagement concerns as appropriate.
• Support the transition of employees from onboarding into technical, safety, and competency-based training pathways.
