Hyatt Hotels Corporation in downtown Sacramento is seeking a friendly restaurant server for Dawson’s Steakhouse. This hourly role involves presenting menu options, making wine and cocktail recommendations, and delivering attentive service that enhances the dining experience.

You should bring at least 3 years of fine-dining serving experience, strong verbal communication, stamina for standing and lifting, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Restaurant servers are responsible for submitting guest menu selections and presenting these food and beverage preferences. The right person will gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our compilation of cuisine and drink offerings. A Hyatt restaurant server will engage in casual conversation and create the restaurant experience by their style and service attributes. This is an hourly position with a compensation of $17.50 per hour.
