Job summary

The Kitchen Restaurant in Sacramento is seeking an experienced Dining Room Server to join our premier culinary stage. You will uphold our standards of hospitality, guide beverage selections, and ensure flawless service from first pour to final crumb.

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including premium hourly pay, medical/dental/vision benefits for both part-time and full-time staff, uniform/equipment reimbursement, paid sick leave, PTO and holiday pay, and ongoing education support

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-end service in a fine dining environment.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and spirits; CMS/WSET certification is a major plus.
• Availability Wednesday through Sunday evenings.
• Valid RBS Card, reliable transportation, and aged 18+.

• Maintain seamless table service and guest experience.

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate

You are articulate, polished, and possess a "team-first" mentality. You understand that fine dining is a choreography of many moving parts. You strive for excellence and take feedback as a growth opportunity.

• Experience: 2+ years of high-end service (Server, Captain, or Sommelier) in a Fine Dining environment is highly preferred.


• Knowledge: Strong foundational knowledge of food, wine, and spirits. CMS Certified or WSET Level 1+ is a major plus!


• Availability: Must be available Wednesday through Sunday evenings. (We create magic when the sun goes down!)


• Credentials: Valid RBS Card, reliable transportation, and aged 18+.


• Mindset: A positive, attentive, and hospitable spirit with an insatiable willingness to learn.
